{"id":79,"date":"2014-02-28T11:25:00","date_gmt":"2014-02-28T10:25:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2023-05-13T23:20:19","modified_gmt":"2023-05-13T21:20:19","slug":"retrospectives-agiles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/opatou.com\/index.php\/2014\/02\/28\/retrospectives-agiles\/","title":{"rendered":"R\u00e9trospectives agiles"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/opatou.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/r-C3-A9trospective-C3-A9toile-de-mer-olivier-Picaud-298x300.jpg\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/opatou.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/r-C3-A9trospective-C3-A9toile-de-mer-olivier-Picaud-298x300.jpg\" height=\"200\" width=\"197\" \/><\/span><\/a><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">La r\u00e9trospective en agile (ou pas d&#8217;ailleurs) est le moteur de l&#8217;am\u00e9lioration continue.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">Les m\u00e9thodes agiles proposent la mise en oeuvre de r\u00e9trospectives a chaque temps fort du projet :<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">\u00e0 la fin d&#8217;un Sprint, d&#8217;une it\u00e9ration<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">\u00e0 la fin d&#8217;une version,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">\u00e0 la fin du projet<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">La forme la plus classique pour l&#8217;animation de cette c\u00e9r\u00e9monie est la suivante :<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">L&#8217;animation est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par le Scrum Master ou le Facilitateur<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">Chaque membre de l&#8217;\u00e9quipe formalise sur un post-it et pour la p\u00e9riode donn\u00e9e <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">ce qui s&#8217;est bien pass\u00e9 (+),<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">ce qui s&#8217;est mal pass\u00e9 (-),<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">ce qui est \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer (\/&gt;)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">On rencontre \u00e9galement souvent une forme l\u00e9g\u00e8rement diff\u00e9rente dans laquelle on ajoute ce qui reste myst\u00e9rieux.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">Chaque post-it est alors plac\u00e9 sur un tableau dans une case correspondante. Le facilitateur prends alors chaque \u00e9l\u00e9ment, le lit \u00e0 haute voix et reformule afin d&#8217;\u00eatre certain d&#8217;avoir bien compris le sens de cette contribution. L&#8217;\u00e9quipe s&#8217;est v\u00e9ritablement l\u00e2ch\u00e9e, dans le bon sens du terme et les mat\u00e9riaux r\u00e9colt\u00e9s on \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s riches. Ce moment est trop important pour cela.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">Variez les formes, renouvelez-vous. Vous pouvez animer un &#8220;Speed Boat&#8221; (Innovation Game) &nbsp;\u00e0 certains moments, et n&#8217;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 chercher sur internet de nouveaux formats d\u00e8s que vous sentez que le format que vous utilisez s&#8217;essouffle.
