Deux \u00e9quipes \u00e9taient en comp\u00e9tition et cela a stimul\u00e9 les participants :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Mise au point de strat\u00e9gies diff\u00e9rentes,&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Mise en place de m\u00eal\u00e9e naturellement et syst\u00e9matiquement : devant les enjeux, on s&#8217;organise et chacun veut naturellement contribuer \u00e0 \u00e9tablir la meilleure strat\u00e9gie.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Compr\u00e9hension intuitive des goulets d&#8217;\u00e9tranglement et la strat\u00e9gie vient naturellement prot\u00e9ger le goulet en cherchant \u00e0 lui fournir en permanence de l&#8217;activit\u00e9.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Construction des graphiques pour \u00e9tablir nos m\u00e9triques (r\u00e9utilis\u00e9s tout le long de la formation pour illustrer les parties th\u00e9oriques de la formation)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Utilisation de cartes kanban diff\u00e9rentes (cartes urgentes, cartes &#8220;challenges&#8221;
