{"id":76,"date":"2014-04-25T12:01:00","date_gmt":"2014-04-25T10:01:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2023-05-13T23:20:13","modified_gmt":"2023-05-13T21:20:13","slug":"formation-kanban-acte-ii","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/opatou.com\/index.php\/2014\/04\/25\/formation-kanban-acte-ii\/","title":{"rendered":"Formation Kanban : acte II"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">Apr\u00e8s la formation Kanban pour l&#8217;IT de Laurent Morisseau avec Fabrice Aimetti, destin\u00e9e aux internes, j&#8217;ai repris le flambeau pour une formation sur un jour et demi avec l&#8217;aide d&#8217;Aline Renan.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">Un grand merci \u00e0 elle pour son animation et la traduction en fran\u00e7ais d&#8217;une bonne partie du jeu GetKanban (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.getkanban.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\\www.getkanban.com<\/a>).<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">Pour d\u00e9buter la formation, chacun a d\u00e9crit ses attentes par rapport \u00e0 la formation. J&#8217;avoue que ce premier \u00e9change m&#8217;a un peu surpris :<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">&#8220;Je n&#8217;ai aucune attente&#8230;.&#8221;, &#8220;de toute mani\u00e8re c&#8217;est un truc de managers pour avoir des indicateurs&#8230;&#8221;<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">Du coup, apr\u00e8s avoir le jeu, nous avons refait un tour de table, et l\u00e0, les attentes \u00e9taient plus claires, le jeu \u00e9tant tr\u00e8s bien fait, et l&#8217;animation d&#8217;Aline tr\u00e8s r\u00e9ussie.<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both; margin-right: auto;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/opatou.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/IMG_1248-168x300.jpg\" height=\"320\" width=\"179\" \/><\/span><\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">Les r\u00e9sultats du jeu : l&#8217;\u00e9quipe B gagne avec 71 000 points contre 37 700 pour l&#8217;\u00e9quipe A<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">Pour relier la th\u00e9orie \u00e0 la pratique, je me suis appuy\u00e9 sur les exp\u00e9riences acquises pendant le jeu et sur le premier tableau Kanban mis en oeuvre pour l&#8217;activit\u00e9 de support aux \u00e9quipes (gestion de tickets).<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">Nous avons \u00e9galement partag\u00e9 ensemble les probl\u00e9matiques li\u00e9es \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9clatement de l&#8217;\u00e9quipe sur deux sites : \u00e0 Nantes et \u00e0 Gradignan. Par chance, nos \u00e9quipes ont globalement des activit\u00e9s sur des projets distincts en fonction de leur localisation g\u00e9ographique, ce qui permet d&#8217;avoir des tableaux distincts avec peu d\u2019interactions entre les deux sites.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">Durant toute la session, le mur de feedback \u00e9tait pr\u00e9sent. Peu de post-its malgr\u00e9 mes relances r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es. L&#8217;\u00e9quipe a pourtant d\u00e9j\u00e0 utilis\u00e9 ce mur pour la r\u00e9trospective de fin d&#8217;ann\u00e9e et nous avions r\u00e9colt\u00e9 beaucoup de retours. Qu&#8217;est-ce qui n&#8217;a pas march\u00e9 cette fois-ci?<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/opatou.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/IMG_1241-168x300.jpg\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/opatou.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/IMG_1241-168x300.jpg\" height=\"320\" width=\"179\" \/><\/span><\/a><\/div>\n<p>\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">Le bilan de la formation a \u00e9t\u00e9 fait \u00e0 la toute derni\u00e8re minute, les Nantais rentrant en voiture juste apr\u00e8s la derni\u00e8re journ\u00e9e : plut\u00f4t satisfaisant malgr\u00e9 les d\u00e9lais de pr\u00e9paration tr\u00e8s court (6,5 jours de travail &nbsp;effectif).<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">Il en ressort un axe d&#8217;am\u00e9lioration principal sur la dur\u00e9e de la formation, trop courte.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<table align=\"center\" cellpadding=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" style=\"margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/opatou.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/IMG_1239.jpg\" style=\"margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/opatou.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/IMG_1239-168x300.jpg\" height=\"320\" width=\"179\" \/><\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">\u00c9valuation de la formation<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">L&#8217;axe respect es attentes est mitig\u00e9 : puisque certains n&#8217;avaient pas d&#8217;attentes particuli\u00e8res au d\u00e9part, la note fut basse : &#8220;soit on mettait tout \u00e0 100% soit on mettait faible, puisque pas d&#8217;attentes!&#8221;)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">De mon cot\u00e9, si pour une premi\u00e8re formation Kanban, j&#8217;ai bien tenu mon timing, je dois am\u00e9liorer certaines explications et corriger le support qui comportait quelques petites coquilles (notamment des animations de post-its impromptues &#8211; le copier coller est toujours source de surprises!)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">Un gros manque cependant, mais l&#8217;information est pass\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;oral : les 4 valeurs et 12 principes de l&#8217;agilit\u00e9 sont \u00e0 ajouter au support de formation!<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/opatou.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/IMG_1239-168x300.jpg\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><\/span><\/a><\/div>\n<p>\n<!-- Blogger automated replacement: \"https:\/\/images-blogger-opensocial.googleusercontent.com\/gadgets\/proxy?url=http%3A%2F%2F1.bp.blogspot.com%2F-XZJWJkttQ2c%2FU1oY6UVbC1I%2FAAAAAAAAC20%2F3_9ARuQDGRI%2Fs1600%2FIMG_1239.JPG&amp;container=blogger&amp;gadget=a&amp;rewriteMime=image%2F*\" with \"https:\/\/opatou.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/IMG_1239.jpg\" --><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Apr\u00e8s la formation Kanban pour l&#8217;IT de Laurent Morisseau avec Fabrice Aimetti, destin\u00e9e aux internes, j&#8217;ai repris le flambeau pour une formation sur un jour et demi avec l&#8217;aide d&#8217;Aline Renan.
